Our greatest resource is our people and we value the skills and expertise of our team. KEY PERSONNEL Frank Parrotta Director/Civil Structural Engineer Qualifications: B.E (Civil). M.I.E Aust, RPEQ, NPER Frank has over 18 years of civil/structural engineering and construction experience and has carried out work on a wide variety of projects in Australia. A few of the many projects Frank was heavily involved in were Mackay Sugar Refinery $100M, CSR Invicta Mill Expansion $150M, M Leyshon Gold Mine $30M, completing a large amount of structural and civil engineering and project management. Frank ensures his staff at Parrotta Engineering and Construction is on top of all the latest advances and innovative techniques to as to offer the highest level of Turn-Key Development Solutions. Being able to have the capacity to design and construct is boosted by his experienced staff embracing enthusiasm and drive, which is shared within the team and with the client. Frank is committed to building long term relationships with clients and delivering above and beyond their expectation.
Julie Parrotta Financial Officer Julie’s role is responsible for the audit, compliance and management of project files. She has over 10 year’s administrative experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
Stuart Crabtree General Manager (Mackay) Stuart has 46 years experience in the building industry, in 3 different countries. Stuart has worked in all aspects of the industry which varies from residential, commercial and civil, in positions from tradesman through to senior management.
Jeff Schimonello – Civil Structural Engineer Jeff brings to the company over 20 years civil/structural engineering experience. Jeff has a range of commercial and industrial projects in his portfolio.
Jim Moehead Civil/Building Design Draftsman As a civil/building design draftsman with over 20 years working on commercial and industrial projects, Jim is a creative and dedicated part of the Parrotta team.
Robert Gardner – Senior Structural Design Draftsman. Apart from Structural Design Robert is also experienced in Architectural, Mechanical and Shop detailing drafting . Robert has worked in large and small firms in both Structural and Architectural offices as well as working in the Petro-Chem environment. Craig Tannock – Site Supervisor Craig supervises all the earthworks from carparks, commercial sites and roadworks. His primary role is site civil supervision to commercial and mining projects. He coordinates subcontractors and employees on site ensuring the project stays within budget requirements. In this role there is a major focus to ensure that all Workplace Health and Safety requirements conform to the highest safety standards. Craig is also a very ‘hands on’ supervisor and will at any stage perform manual tasks to guarantee the projects is completed on time, under budget and to the highest quality of workmanship.
Geoff Martin - Site Supervisor Geoff has 35 years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. Geoff also holds and open builders license. Don Trevethan – Site Supervisor Don has had over 43 years experience in the construction industry and is a carpenter by trade. He has worked on various types of projects ranging from bridges, residential housing right through to large commercial buildings. In this role there is a major focus to ensure that all Workplace Health and Safety requirements conform to the highest safety standards. Don is also a very ‘hands on’ supervisor and will at any stage perform manual tasks to guarantee the projects is completed on time, under budget and to the highest quality of workmanship. Rodney Hobson – Leading hand Rodney has over 30 years experience in civil / mining building constructions. His role is to oversee site.
Fred Winter – Leading Hand Fred has had many years experience in the construction Industry. His role is to oversee site.
Priscilla Bradley – Office Manager Priscilla brings over10 years experience in accounting and office management.
Kimberley Reynolds – Contracts Administration Assistant Kimberley is responsible for all contractual administration duties that are required to ensure that all construction projects will run smoothly, completed on time with budgets met. |
